二、 展会及主办方介绍
广州日报海外置业投资移民展是广东地区规模最大、影响力最强、覆盖面最广、
现场签约率最高的海外置业投资移民展，邀请全球20多个国家近100家参展商，主题涵盖海外地产、海外投资、移民留学、财富管理、海外医疗等，每年举办春、秋二届。
粤商会是由广州日报报业集团创办，国内首个服务粤商群体的媒体平台，旗下《粤商》杂志月发行20万册，直接辐射30万粤商群体，影响广东地区最富有的人群，定位精准，均具备海外置业与移民的条件，拥有资产均过千万；粤商全国理事会服务会员近十万人，是广东地区最大、最活跃的CEO俱乐部，每年举办各类高端活动50多场，规模有30-5000人。
Introduction of the Exhibition
With 100+ international exhibitors from 20 countries all over the world, back up with the biggest media group in South China and influencing more than 300,000 high net worth individuals, China (Guangzhou)International Premium Property and Investment Immigration Expo become the most influential property and investment showcase of Pearl river delta.
There are around 20% HNWIs in China lives in Guangdong and many of them shows big interest on overseas property and investment immigration. Cantonese Business Alliance is the Subsidiary of Guangzhou Daily Press Group, covering Cantonese entrepreneurs all over Pearl river delta and overseas. It has a magazine called “Cantonese Business” and the integrated digital and website media platform as well, Cantonese Business Chamber had recruited more than 100,000 entrepreneurs as members, and more than 50 high-end events were held every year, which makes Cantonese Business Alliance to become the most influential CEO club at Guangdong.

五、展位收费标准
A、标准展位：3 X 3m 、3 X 6 m二种标准 3800元人民币/；
（展位配置：一条中英文楣板、洽谈桌一张、两把椅子、地毯、220V电源插座一个、射灯两只）。
B、特装展位：3600元人民币/ m2，（室内光地36m2起租，不提供任何配置，展商可自行安排特殊装修或委托组织单位推荐展台搭建公司，按与主办方协议价结算）；
Booth charge
A. Standard booth: 9（3m*3m）、18m2 (3m*6m)，A：3800 yuan B：3600 yuan/ m2
(The booth includes the following facilities: a fascia board in both Chinese and English, one table, two chairs, carpet, 220V power socket, two spotlights)
B. Specially decorated booth:3600 yuan/ m2
(The indoor light booth area on rent must be over 36 square meters. No facilities are provided for the booth, and the exhibitor can arrange special decoration or entrust the organizer to recommend a booth building company.)
六、参展程序
A、填写《参展申请表》加盖公章后邮件或传真至大会组委会；参展单位需按付款通知的要求，于7个工作日内交付展位费的50%作为定金（人民币），以落实展台位置；展位费的余额于2016年6月30日前付清，欢迎一次付清。否则，主办单位将视其放弃参展，参展企业报名后中途退展，参展费用概不退还。
B、在确认展位后，主办单位将向参展单位寄发《参展手册》；手册包括展品运输、展台设计搭建、旅行及住宿安排、物品租用等有关信息，参展商必须按要求填写好手册中有关表格，并于截止日前交回主办单位。
C、展位顺序分配原则 “先申请、先汇款、先安排”。 主办单位在收到展位费定金后，才能落实参展商所预定的展位。
Exhibition participation procedure
A. Fill in the Application Form，email it with seal and send it back to the organizing committee. The exhibitor shall, upon the requirement of the payment notice, pay 50% of the exhibition fee as the commission within 7 days in order to reserve the booth. The rest of the exhibition fee shall be paid before June 30, 2016, and lump-sum payment is welcome. Or, the exhibitor will be regarded as giving up the right to exhibit by the organizing authority. If the exhibitor quits the exhibition after the registration, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.
B. After the confirmation of the booth, Exhibitors Manual shall be posted to the exhibitor by the organizing authority. Manual includes information on exhibits transportation, booth design and building, travel and accommodation arrangement, and items rental. The exhibitor must fill in the forms in the Manual according to the requirement, and send them back to the organizing authority before the deadline.
C. The distribution principle of the booth order is “first application, first payment, first arrangement”. The organizing authority can only confirm the booth reserved by the exhibitor after receiving the commission of the exhibition fee.
七、参展方式
贵单位如欲报名参展，请向组委会索取《参展申请表》，填写后加盖公章邮寄或传真至组委会。
Ways to participate in the exhibition:
If your company wishes to register for the exhibition, please ask for the application form from the organizing committee, fill it in, stamp it with seal and send it back to the organizing committee via fax or by post.
