泰国是东盟的重要国家之一，其地理位置优越，政治、经济环境稳定，对周边国家辐射性强，国内市场容量较大。不久前的一项全球投资形势调查显示，泰国名列中国、印度、美国之后，位居第四，成为投资商眼里最值得投资的国家之一。泰国是亚洲四小虎之一，建筑业作为泰国经济发展的重要领域之一，在过去的五年中，建筑业产值占国民生产总值的比例一直保持在5%左右。随着泰国政府重新加快实施各种基础设施的投资计划，泰国建筑业不断发展壮大。尤其是大型基础设施项目，仍将成为推动泰国建筑业持续高速增长的主要动力。

中泰两国政府正商议建设“曼谷-清迈”、“曼谷-廊开”两条高铁线路。开通之后，他们将分别实现“中国-老挝-泰国-马来西亚-新加坡”和“缅甸-泰国-老挝-越南”交通线的贯穿。同时将带动水泥、钢材及建材等需求的增长。

ConCRETE ASIA 2018 is an international exhibition and conference for the concrete and building construction industry. The industry can look forward to seeing the latest in concrete, concrete surfaces, decorative concrete, material handling, concrete production, cement, building materials, construction equipment &machinery with the latest technologies and techniques to sustain and grow their business. It is held alongside the Asian Construction Week from 21 23 September 2016 at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Centre in Bangkok, Thailand.
