该展会由突尼斯斯**斯工商联合会主办，始办于 1991 年，两年一届，在欧洲、阿拉伯地区、非洲及马格里布地区享有盛誉，已发展为北非地区规模较有影响力的建筑类展会。另外，同期同馆举办的“中国建筑建材精品北非展览会”与MEDIBAT展共享买家、宣传等一切资源,通过增值的定向宣传、贸易配对、TradeMission、高层论坛等形式,为中国展商提供开拓北非市场的商机。 着力打造首个北非地区中国品牌建材、建筑及工程机械专业市场开拓平台

2019突尼斯建筑及工程机械展市场分析：

突尼斯是外向型经济特征明显,经济发展对外依存度较高，据2008年统计数据，突外贸依存度达114％。突国内工业和加工业产品主要用于出口，机械、电子产品、磷酸盐及磷酸盐制品、橄榄油等是主要出口创汇产品。由于国内资源品种相对单一、工业发展以轻工业为主且粮食不能自给，能源、重工业产品、粮食等均需进口。
