目前,世界红酒业每年增长速度不到1%,而中国红酒业每年增长达到10%,中国乃至亚洲已经成为红酒业最具潜力的新世界。据全球权威机构 国际葡萄酒展览组织Vinexpo调研显示,至2010年,全球葡萄酒消费增长势头最强劲的国家依次为:中国(+35.91%)、俄罗斯(+29.97%)、美国(+18.69%)。2009年我国人均年消费量0.5升,为世界平均水平的1/7, 2011年中国的红酒将达到150亿人民币的规模,国内葡萄酒产业发展具有广阔的市场前景。巨大的市场吸引了众多的国内外相关企业,在巨大的市场蛋糕中抢占自己的一份。预计2011年中国葡萄酒的消费量将达到120万吨左右、庞大的市场空间可见一斑,而进口酒关税的降低则为国外酒商开辟中国市场提供了新的动力。

Currently, the growth rate of the world wine industry is less than 1% per year; however, the annual growth rate of China s wine industry has reached 10%. China and Asia have become the most potential new island for wine industry. Research of Vinexpo shows that by 2010, the growth rate of wine consumption will be sequenced as follow: China (+35.91%), Russia (+29.97%), United States (+18.69%). China s annual consumption is 0.5L per capita in 2009, and is 1/7 of the world s average level. In 2011, China s red wine industry will reach a scale of RMB150 Billion, and the development of domestic wine industry has a broad market prospects. The huge market has attracted many domestic and international enterprises who want to seize their own share of the cake. It is estimated that China s wine consumption in 2011 will reach about 120 million tons, which definitely demonstrates a huge market. Meanwhile, the reduction of tariffs on imported wine and spirits provides a new impetus for international companies to open up and develop Chinese market.

河南是中国人口第一大省,GDP居全国第5位;河南,也是全国最大的酒类消费市场之一,饮料酒消费量约占全国的十分之一。近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,健康理念的调整,追求健康时尚的进口酒消费已经成为酒类消费的新趋势;另一方面,进口葡萄酒的消费量每年以30%以上的速度提升,一些大的进口酒窖、进口酒庄,在中原大地遍地开花,进一步加速了进口酒在中原市场的增长势头,因此,中原郑州成为国外葡萄酒庄及国内进口代理商寸土必争的黄金宝地,纷纷把市场开拓矛头指向中原,仅去年四月份,在郑州市区举办的大型进口酒推介会、品鉴会达十多场,法国意大利南非西班牙美国以及智利等国葡萄酒商齐聚郑州。从市场趋势来看,进口酒消费热潮渐已形成。而集葡萄酒文化推广、品酒、消费、休闲等多种享受式体验于一体的葡萄酒会所悄然兴起,具有规模的已达40多家,为进口葡萄酒发展提供了良好的温床。

Henan is the largest province in population in China, its GDP ranks No.5 in China. Henan is also one of the largest consumer markets for spirits, and its alcoholic beverage consumption accounts for about 1/10 of the nation. In recent years, along with the rising of living standards and the adjustment of health concept, the pursuit of healthy and fashionable imported wine and spirits has become a new trend. On the other hand, the consumption of imported wine and spirits is increasing at an annual growth rate of more than 30%. Some scaled wine cellars have been settled in Central China, this further accelerates the growth momentum of imported wine in Central China. Consequently, Zhengzhou became the golden place where both international wineries and domestic imported wine agents are trying to take. Only in last April, there are has been more than a dozen of large-scaled presentation and tasting seminars held for imported wine and spirits. Vintners from France, Italy, South Africa, Spain, United States, Chile, and other countries have been gathered in Zhengzhou. Looking at the market trend, imported wine consumption boom has been formed gradually in central China. Wine clubs that gathering wine culture promotion, wine tasting, consumption, leisure, and a variety of enjoyable experiences are quietly rising, there are more than 40 scaled wine clubs in Zhengzhou, which provide a good breeding ground for the development of imported wine.

■参展须知

Notice

1、需是具有法人资格的生产及销售企业,国外企业必须出具中国进口食品检验检疫证明文件,报名参展需向主办单位提交加盖公章的三证复印件及其它相关证明。

Exhibitors will have to be production and sales companies with legal-person entity, International enterprises need to provide Chinese imported food inspection and qualification documents. All exhibitors need to submit a copy of three certificates with original official seals on it and other relevant evidence.

2、认真阅读《参展手册》中相关制度条例,了解清楚展会的布展、交易及撤展时间,避免造成不必要的麻烦或损失。如有特殊需求请提前与组委会联系落实,以免影响参展交易质量。

Please read Exhibitor Manual carefully and find out the show preparing, exchange, and closing time so as to avoid unnecessary trouble or loss. If you have special needs, please contact the Organizer in advance so as not to affect your transaction on site.

3、确定参展后应详细阅读《参展合同书》的各项条款,确认无疑后应认真填写各项内容,签字或盖章后传真或邮寄至组委会相关部门备案存档,以便于落实展位。合同签定后应于5个工作日内将参展费用汇到组委会指定的收款账号。组委会收到参展费用后印制【展位证】,企业应凭证参展。

To participate, you need to read all the terms of Exhibitors Contract , fill in all the contents, sign and seal it, then fax or mail it to the Organizer for record. Participation fees will need to be remitted to the Organizer s designated account within 5 working days after signing of the contract. After receiving all the payments, Organizer will print Booth Certificate , and all exhibitors need to show Booth Certificate to enter the Venue.

4、严禁携带假冒伪劣、过期变质、侵犯商标权的产品进入展会现场展示交易,一经查出后果自负。

Fake, expired, bad products, and products that infringe trademark are prohibited to enter the show, once identified, exhibitors will take sole responsibility.

This expo sets up one general title , and two co-sponsors . Charges for title sponsorship and co-sponsor are RMB18.8 million, RMB128, 000, and RMB98, 000 separately. All competent enterprises are welcomed to discuss relevant matters with the Organizer, and we will provide you with a one-stop brand marketing service.

■优惠须知

Preferential Policies

1、凡在2011年6月16日前报名参展并交齐参展费用的,组委会免费提供三星级标间一个(三天),逾期不再享受此项优惠。

Companies that sign contract and paid all fees before June 16, 2011, organizer will provide 1 standard room at three-star hotel (3 days), companies that sign later will no longer enjoy this benefit.

2、本届酒展采用特装形式参展且面积达到36以上的企业,组委会将免费赠送价值4000元会刊彩页广告一版、网站推广一年、经销商通讯录一本。

Companies that book raw space with more than 36m2, Organizer will give away one colored advertising page (worth RMB 4,000) in Show Directory , one year website promotion, and one dealer catalogue.
