TheInternational Bake & Shop Expo is a special trade fair providing servicesfor bakery stores, which strives to become a business and exchange platform athome and abroad for the bakery industry.
As asub-exhibition of südback in Asia, the Expo is callingsegment market players in the rapidly growing Chinese bakery industry andgathering various bakery brands (bakery franchisees and supporting productsuppliers) domestically and globally.
